Apartment Operation: How It Works
All rooms are booked through our online calendar app where you can schedule and edit bookings. Our premises are accessible via a secure lockbox code, with 24/7 surveillance for peace of mind. During in-person orientation, we cover apartment rules and guidelines, payment procedures, room maintenance, and communal space care. Once access has been granted, you are free to come and go as you please without contacting management. Our system is designed for complete flexibility and self-sufficiency

Scarlett’s Secret is a shared work space and we’re all about sharing! We love hosting regular networking events, skill share workshops, as well as maintaining good basic amenities, and a pleasant working environment.
We welcome all individuals interested in joining our team at Scarlett’s Secret. We pride ourselves on curating a space that emphasizes a deep sense of community, collective responsibility and connection through shared experiences. We open our doors to all ages and backgrounds, especially our BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ community.
The Scarlett’s Secret management team are effective at maintaining the upkeep of the apartment with cleanliness and general maintenance requests, as well as dealing with issues of any nature quickly and efficiently. We encourage any and all feedback, and continuously look to improve the needs of the providers who use our space.

Room Use: How To Rent
Before room rental can take place, you will be asked to meet onsite for an interview and orientation of the premises will be conducted to explain the rules, regulations and workplace etiquette. If both parties involved have a mutual understanding and ensure expectations are met with respect, you will be given access to our space

All rooms are fully furnished and equipped for a range of adult services with fresh towels & linen, a massage table, heated towel warmer, coconut oil & warmer, coloured mood lighting, Bose Bluetooth speaker, fan & heater unit, lube, dental dams, condoms of all sizes, gloves, tissues, hand sanitiser, cleaning products, and room spray
We also have a communal social area available to use and relax in between bookings with Smart TV and free Netflix. We also host occasional events to establish community and connection for all here at Scarlett’s Secret

All touring workers are welcome at Scarlett’s Secret! We pride ourselves on offering a private and professional space to work from with all of the necessities to ensure a positive, stress-free experience
Your comfort, safety and security are our top priority! If you’re new to Wellington or an experienced touring courtesan, please don’t hesitate to let us know if there’s anything we can help to improve your stay
If your bookings fall short of the daily capped rate of $170, you are only required to cover the costs of your completed bookings that day with an additional overnight sleep fee of $50
If you do reach the daily capped rate of $170, you add $50 sleep fee for a total of $220 for 24hrs
We are a 5 min walk from local dairies, cafes and restaurants, and 10-15 min to nearby supermarkets
Bus services 3, 18 and 21 stop near our location, and we are a 10 min Uber ride from the airport
